Fracking: Should You Fret or Fête?

Terry Anderson, the John and Jean De Nault Senior Fellow at the Hoover Institution and the executive director of PERC, speaks on “Fracking: Should You Fret or Fete?” Anderson says that the United States has vast amounts of natural gas resources, which would mean falling world oil prices as people switch from oil to natural gas. Natural gas is also a cleaner form of fuel than we have enjoyed for the past hundred years.
