Trevor Herron

Herron is a native of Omaha, Nebraska. He received his B.A. in anthropology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. One year of his undergraduate work was spent abroad at the University of Amsterdam, where he studied the Dutch language, environmental ethics and anthropology. He then moved to Rome, Italy, where he privately taught English and conducted language workshops for a local firm. Herron has spent the last two years working on his master’s degree in environmental science at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, where he was awarded a scholarship to teach Italian. During this time, Herron also worked with the City of Hamilton, Ohio, to assist with the compliance of Phase II stormwater regulations, and worked on wetland construction in Monteverde, Costa Rica.
