Matthew Malten

Malten graduated from the University of Illinois in 1996 with a B.S. in Natural Resources and Environmental Sciences and received his Masters in Environmental Management from Duke University in 1998. An ecologist, environmental economist, and consultant with more than 14 years professional experience, I passionately and purposefully help clients apply sustainability principles to create more restorative business models that efficiently reduce costs and increase profits, effectively meet societal needs, and responsibly solve environmental problems. I have senior-level experience effectively developing and implementing sustainability strategies as a pioneering leader with Fortune 500 companies, Tier 1 universities, and non-profit organizations along with sustainability research experience with environmental agencies and institutes.
