Kosal Mam

Mam is a Cambodian native who received his B.A. in fishery science at the Agriculture Institute in Phnom Penh in 1990 and Master of Marine Management at Dalhousie University, Nova Scotia, Canada in 1996. He spent 2½ years working with Cambodia’s Department of Fisheries, 5 years with the Department of Nature Conservation and Protection of the Ministry of Environment, and 2½ years with Wetlands International Asia Pacific, the Lower Mekong Basin Programme.
