Nate Hinch

Nathan B. (Nate) Hinch is the Director of Environmental Services at Sheaffer International, L.L.C., with experience in project permitting and compliance management for Sheaffer International’s patented wastewater reclamation and reuse technology.  He is compliance manager for the company’s largest system, located in Virginia’s Shenandoah Valley.  He co-authored the paper Changes in Floodplain Management Policies:  An Overview, presented at the 25^th Annual Conference of the Association of State Floodplain Managers (2001) and published in Environment magazine’s January/February, 2002 issue.  He holds a B.A. in Economics Cum Laude fromWheatonCollege,Wheaton,Illinois and will begin J.D. studies at Chicago – Kent School of Law in the fall of 2003.
