Brad Hill
Brad is originally from California where he worked in public finance, corporate real estate, international project management and regulatory affairs. Recent projects include consulting and organizing principal work in real estate opportunity and venture capital funds through which Brad has become active with the National Brownfield Association (NBA), this year founding the Oregon and Washington state chapters of the NBA. His current principal focus is on redevelopment of well-located but significantly environmentally-impaired properties (or ‘brownfields’) throughout the Northwestern United States. Brad graduated from the University of California, Davis with a major in Political Science and International Relations and completed his graduate work in management and finance at the University of Southern California. In his spare time, Brad enjoys travel, skiing, golf, sailing, fly-fishing, current affairs (economics, international politics) and American literature.
