Elika Molayi
Elika was born in Tehran, Iran, and spent her childhood in five different countries – Iran, UAE, India, Tunisia, & the US. This lifestyle shaped many of her beliefs and interests, such as a love for languages, culture, nature, traveling, and art. To keep in line with her interests, she chose to go to McGill University in Montreal, Canada. Going into the Faculty of Management, she had an interest in economics but found no passion in theory and graphs, so she chose to major in marketing with a concentration in strategy. Simultaneously, she became very involved with STOP (Shaping Tomorrow’s Organizational Practices), a club with a mission to bring attention to the social and environmental impacts of business in a faculty focused on the bottom line. She quickly realized that she could start her career in an environmental field and put her business degree to good use. Elika’s is currently with the Delaware & Raritan Greenway, central New Jersey’s land trust.
