Wendy Wempe

On paper, Wendy is a hydrogeophysicist, however, she is also an adjunct professor teaching Groundwater Law and Hydrology in the law schools at the University of Colorado and Denver University.  She is the founder of Hydro Info, a consulting company that provides public short courses and in-house training programs to water and environmental lawyers, policy makers, and resource managers. Wendy is compiling the material used in the university and public courses for  a book titled “Groundwater Hydrology, Law and Policy,” which she hopes to complete by the end of 2005. Wendy is working toward a career that will take her to the forefront, nationally and internationally, of decision-making on water rights, resources and pollution issues. Her passion for water issues stems from her love of nature.
