Marcie Rash
Marcie Rash is a senior consultant at Tetra Tech EM Inc., an environmental consulting and engineering services firm. Her consulting services range from geologic field work and investigation to project and strategy management at environmental restoration sites for federal government clients including the United States Navy, United States Forest Service, and EPA. She also manages greenhouse gas emission verification projects for power utility clients. Marcie recently received her MBA in Sustainable Enterprises (Green MBA®) from Dominican University of California. Her MBA project work included: auditing and reporting on sustainable practices for a Marin county women’s abuse shelter; creating and executing a market research plan and overall marketing plan for Nth Degree Sustainability Consultants; and developing metrics for measuring social impacts of “green” built environments for Webcor Builders. For her capstone project, Marcie traveled to southern Armenia to consult with the Shikahogh State Reserve and developed an ecotourism business plan which incorporates regenerative value with respect to social/cultural, environmental, and economic bottom lines. Marcie received a bachelor of science degree in geosciences from the University of Arizona. She enjoys anything outdoors, exploring geologic landscapes, skiing, running, traveling, hiking, volleyball, live music and spending time with friends and family.
