Terry Anderson is the William A. Dunn Distinguished Senior Fellow and former President and Executive Director of PERC as well as the John and Jean De Nault Senior Fellow atthe Hoover Institution, Stanford University. The author or editor of 37 books, Anderson’s research helped launch the idea of free market environmentalism and has prompted public debate over the proper role of government in managing natural resources.
Scott Campbell is a conservation planner and consultant, and the principal of Innovative Consevation Solutions, LLC (ICS). ICS offers strategic consultation, planning, and project management services to landowners, NGOs, state and local governments, special districts, and cross-sector group collaborations such as the agricultural-land-retention/municipal-water-supply-planning project in Colorado’s Arkansas River Valley. Campbell was the 2015 Lincoln Loeb Fellow at Harvard University’s Graduate School of Design and a joint fellow at the Lincoln Institute of Land Policy.
Reed Watson is the Executive Director at PERC, the Property and Environment Research Center. Watson leads PERC’s efforts to improve environmental quality through property rights and markets. His research focuses on the implementation of market-based solutions to natural resource confl icts focusing particularly on water, wildlife, and public land issues.
