Amberlee Burrows

Amberlee Burrows was PERC’s development manager from 2021 to 2023. She was introduced to the ideas of free market environmentalism while taking an economics class in college and has been passionate about the subject ever since! Amberlee graduated from Utah State University with a degree in environmental and natural resources economics with a track in environmental policy in 2017.

Prior to joining the PERC team, Amberlee worked for other nonprofits building and strengthening relationships with individuals who were passionate about public policy and undergraduate engagement in free market ideas.

Amberlee grew up in Reno, NV before going to school in Utah. She is now lucky enough to call Bozeman, MT home. In her spare time, she enjoys going on walks with her dog Charlie, ice skating, paddle boarding, snowshoeing, and reading.
