G. Pascal Zachary

G. Pascal Zachary is professor of practice at Arizona State University’s Consortium for Science Policy and Outcomes. Zachary has worked for the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation as a consultant on African agricultural issues and is the author of four books, including Married to Africa (2009).
