Jeff Kupfer
Jeff Kupfer is the president of ConservAmerica, a conservative conservation organization. Jeff served as Acting Deputy Secretary and Chief Operating Officer as well as Chief of Staff in the George W. Bush administration. Before arriving at DOE, Jeff worked in the White House as a Special Assistant to the President for Economic Policy, where he handled a variety of fiscal issues, including tax policy, and as the Executive Director of the President’s Panel on Federal Tax Reform. During the first term of the Bush Administration, Jeff served as the Treasury Department’s Deputy Chief of Staff. Prior to these positions, Jeff was a counsel for the U.S. Senate Finance Committee and a trial attorney at the U.S. Department of Justice.
