Joe Cooper

Joe Cooper serves as PERC’s senior designer, leading the organization’s visual identity and creative strategy across print, digital, and brand platforms. With more than a decade of experience in brand and publication design, Joe translates complex conservation ideas into compelling visual stories that inspire action and understanding.

He earned his BFA in graphic design from Colorado State University and has built a career focused on purpose-driven design. Growing up in Boulder, Colorado, as the son of two scientists, Joe developed a lifelong connection to the natural world and a deep appreciation for science-based conservation.

Outside the office, you’ll find him biking around town, hiking or disc golfing in the mountains, or tending to his backyard garden.
