Tomlin is the co-founder and a managing member of Conservation Forestry Partners, LLC, and its affiliated entities. His business was formed to align private equity with conservation capital for the purpose of acquiring, managing, and realizing competitive risk adjusted returns on large forestland properties. Prior to forming Conservation Forestry, Tomlin was involved in several entrepreneurial endeavors, including general partner of a group of venture and private equity funds known as the Vista Group.
