She also wrote and produced Square One, a newsletter that introduced grassroots environmentalists to market approaches. She has a bachelor’s degree in history from Connecticut College and a master’s degree in journalism from the University of Arizona. Before joining PERC in 1996, she was as a reporter and editor at the Arizona Daily Star in Tucson, Arizona.
