Monica Guenther
Monica is the Senior Director for Program Management at PERC. She ensures that PERC programs are completed on budget and on time. She is one of the original PERCies and over the course of 30 years has worn a sundry of hats including serving as Administrative Coordinator, Director of Personnel Management and Corporate Treasurer. Monica has witnessed and been proactive in the growth and evolution of PERC from a small office of three to the vibrant and synergetic staff of today.
Born and raised on a Montana cattle ranch nestled on the Jefferson River between Three Forks and Willow Creek, Monica carries on her love of horseback riding in the mountains whenever she can. Monica graduated with degrees in English, music and business administration from Saint Mary College in Leavenworth, Kansas, and returned to Montana to attend the University of Montana Law School. Monica and her late husband, Mark, raised their three children in Bozeman and all of them enthusiastically return to Montana when they can to play in the Big Sky country. Monica has served on the board of numerous community organizations, including the Bozeman Symphony Association, Bozeman Friends of Music, Holy Rosary Parish Pastoral Council and KUSM, Montana PBS television.
