Sarah Lutiger

Sarah Lutiger

Sarah Lutiger is PERC’s Director of Operations. Sarah has 15 years of experience in the not-for-profit sector and has spent her career leading successful, goal-oriented teams and projects. She brings her passion for achieving cause-driven results—and the great outdoors—to the work being done at PERC.

Most recently, Sarah served as the Associate Executive Director at the Gallatin Valley YMCA where she earned a reputation for integrity and a strong work ethic. She has experience sitting on local and state-wide committees, working to provide guidance and direction on policies that impact local communities. Sarah moved to Bozeman, Montana two decades ago to attend Montana State University where she earned a B.S in Political Science and an M.S. in Public Administration.

As an avid outdoorswoman, she is passionate about PERC’s approach to conservation. Sarah has always appreciated the outdoors, spending summers at her family’s cabin in Northern Wisconsin and taking ski trips out West. She spent five years leading backcountry youth trips at a summer camp she later went on to be Director of. She now spends her time outside of work skiing, camping, mountain biking, and searching for gold deep in the Rocky Mountains.
