Willard Robinson
Willard Robinson is a 2025 PERC graduate fellow as well as an economics Ph.D. student at North Carolina State University. His research interests lie at the intersection of the environment and market design. Motivated by improving access to outdoor recreation opportunities, his current research explores how changes to budget policy impact the resource management challenges in America’s national parks. He completed undergraduate studies in economics at Appalachian State University and holds an M.S. in applied economics from Montana State University.
