The Environment and Liberty Campaign will fund a coordinated set of research, education, and outreach programs aimed at strengthening both economic and environmental performance. These programs will equip entrepreneurs in business, law, and policy to improve environmental stewardship by deepening and expanding the property rights foundation for liberty. Building on tried and tested research and applications of “free market environmentalism,” the Campaign will further the reach of PERC’s principles by shining light on a new path, one in which environment and liberty advance together.
